# Focus Area: General Office Administration
**As part of our temp pool, you may be asked to:**- Handle **data entry, filing, and record management**
- Prepare **documents, reports, and correspondence**
- Manage **incoming emails and phone calls** professionally
- Support **day-to-day office operations** and team workflow
- Maintain **accurate databases and spreadsheets**
??**QA administration** – compliance registers and quality checks
??**Analytics & reporting** – Excel analysis, pivot tables, trend reports
??**CRM management** – updating records, extracting and reporting data
**Requirements:**- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Full driver’s licence and clear MOJ record
- Professional references
- Current and Legal right to work in New Zealand
