Experienced Foundations Team Member

We are looking for an experienced team member to join our foundations crew based in Mount Maunganui specialising in residential Ribraft and TC2 floors.

If you have experience setting out boxing and constructing Waffle Pod/Raft-type floors, we want to hear from you.

You will have:

• A current New Zealand driver’s licence and a valid New Zealand work permit
• Prior experience working in the construction of Raft type floors
• Sound knowledge and a minimum of one year’s experience of residential foundations, mainly raft type floor construction
• The knowledge, physical capability, and confidence to site the building, confirm levels onsite, set out formwork, and complete the foundation construction to an accurate standard.
• The ability to work within a wider team and take instruction from the Operations Manager.
• A great attitude towards health and safety
• Be physically fit for this type of work

This is a 100% hands on tool role, completing floor slabs and training journeymen team members throughout the Bay of Plenty.
