Footwear Retail Sales Assistant - Part Time
Shoe Clinic Nelson has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced specialty footwear store.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be part of a small, supportive team, so reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important to us.

- Reliable, adaptable, and able to think on your feet
- Willing to learn and committed to developing your retail skills
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential. If you've demonstrated strong customer service skills in another role, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours & availability:- Fri & Sat 6-7 hours/day
- Sun 6 hours, alternate weeks
- Availability to cover annual or sick leave at times will be highly regarded
This is a long-term role, and we're seeking someone who can commit for at least 12 months.
At Shoe Clinic, we invest heavily in training and ongoing development, so you'll be supported to build confidence and expertise in specialty footwear retail.
