Commercial Cleaner/Supervisor

At OCS Limited we offer our clients full professional clean and facilities management services throughout New Zealand.

We have a cleaning supervisor role available at one of our prestigious clients' sites located in Central Dunedin. We would like you to join our professional team if you are reliable, have an excellent work ethic and are well presented.

• Hours of work: 10pm to 8am.

• Duties include 8 hours of cleaning and 2 hours supervision nightly.
• Start date will be late August 2025.
• Hourly rate: $23.50 for cleaning hours and $28.50 for supervising hours.

• Supporting the Contract Manager, you will need to have an eye for detail and good leadership skills
• Your role is to supervise, train & manage the frontline staff and tasks
• Arrange cover when cleaning staff is absent
• QAs' & Toolbox delivery to staff
• Utilize your excellent cleaning skills
• Have a full & clean drivers license
• Be able to perform under pressure
• Have previous experience in the cleaning industry
• Candidates for these roles need to be eligible to work in New Zealand
• Be able to pass relevant security checks
