Service Planner | Palmerston North

Rentokil Initial is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of Service Planner based out in Palmerston North. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the "go to person" for the team.

In this role you will be:

• Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through a solid planning strategy.
• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service.
• Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against service delivery goals and ensure best practices.

• Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Be IT savvy and have good computer skills.
• Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly outcome focused.
