ALH Recruitment Christchurch is proud to be working with a nationwide manufacturing company. Our client is on the lookout for several new team members to join their ever-growing staff as they expand and grow their team.
The role as a Cold Store Production Operator is one that will allow you to grow within a company that prides itself on an inclusive and diverse culture.
There is flexibility with the days you are able to work but please be aware that you will work at least one day on a weekend to meet production requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Accurately picking and packing chilled and frozen goods
- Using handheld scanners
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Working efficiently in a cold environment (protective clothing provided!)
What we're looking for:
- A good level of physical fitness
- Great attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential - full training provided!
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
