Our cleaners are highly valued and take pride in ensuring that the public facilities throughout the Tasman region are kept in pristine condition.
We are looking for a permanent part-time Cleaner who has the ability and commitment to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards. If you have some cleaning experience and would like to work outdoors in some of the most beautiful areas in the Tasman region, we would love to hear from you.
This role is based out of our Motueka depot working a set pattern of 3 days each week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Early starts are necessary, and each working day is 8 hours. The Cleaning Team covers Mondays – Sundays all year round and therefore there is some flexibility to swap some weekends.
You will need to be a confident driver to travel between the different facility locations.
**We also have opportunities for Cleaners to work on a casual basis. Please state that you are interested in a casual role in your application if this is something that appeals to you.**
Responsibilities include:- Toilet cleaning, BBQ cleaning and litter control to keep public facilities looking their best
- Helping out the Greenspaces Division with gardening duties as required
- Prior experience in a cleaning or maintenance position
- A good eye for detail
- Passion for completing work to a high standard
- Good organisation skills
- Full Class 1 licence
