Prepare and paint heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, and automotive parts
Ensure high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and productivity
Manage scheduling, workflow, materials and quality control
Train and support junior staff and apprentices
Leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop setting or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
