About the Role

You'll step into a leadership position that will see you managing and mentoring a high-performing structural team, while acting as a Project Director across a range of seismic and technically challenging builds. Working closely with the Director, you'll help shape strategic direction, with a clear pathway toward equity and future succession.

This is a rare opportunity for a Chartered Engineer to take that next step into a senior leadership role while still staying hands-on with technical delivery and big-picture design.

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team across multiple projects
• Oversee and sign off on technical designs, ensuring seismic compliance
• Act as Project Director on complex builds and seismic strengthening projects
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance and technical support
• Collaborate with the Director on business strategy and client engagement

• CPEng (Chartered Professional Engineer)
• Approximately 10 years' experience in structural engineering
• Strong background in seismic design and retrofitting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
