We have a triage area, a rapid assessment area, dedicated resuscitation areas, acute, sub-acute and paediatric cubicles.Our department carries out all acute care, including full patient resuscitation facilities, management of trauma, fractures, injuries etc.
The ED's vision is to be a centre of clinical care and customer service excellence.

We are looking for someone to carry out varied administrative duties to support the wider team and ensure our department runs smoothly.You will have excellent organisational and time management skills in addition to a professional can-do attitude in line with our values.Naturally, you will have a friendly and welcoming nature and be comfortable interacting with patients both in person and on the phone.
As an experienced administrator you will also be skilled at juggling multiple priorities and able to remain calm under pressure.Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience:Previous experience in a busy administration roleBe competent and confident using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookHave excellent word processing and data entry skills, with a strong eye for detailFlexible approach with the ability to successfully prioritise your workloadRespectful nature handling confidential, often sensitive information in a professional mannerYou will be joining a dedicated, supportive and friendly team of health professionals, providing invaluable support to families when they need it most.
