1x Full Time position – 32 - 40 Daytime Hours per week (Includes one weekend day)
1x Part Time position – Up to 30 hours per week

The Independent Living team at Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude to join their team on a full-time basis, and there is also an opportunity for a part-time role. These roles involve supporting individuals one-on-one to achieve their goals both in their homes and within the community and are based out of our local Support Centre as part of a team of 30 Support Workers.
This position offers a positive, varied, and supportive team environment where every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to work with multiple different people over your workday.
Key Responsibilities | Nga kawenga matua- Building rapport and positive relationships with the people we support.
- Working alongside individuals to achieve their goals.
- Supporting people to access the local community and build their support network.
- Completing competency-based trainings to enhance skills and qualifications.
- Participating in regular shifts, including one weekend day, with set hours and two permanent consecutive days off per week.
- Completing administration tasks relating to support.

What you will bring | Nga tohunga mo tenei turanga- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
- Hold a FULL current NZ Driver License (Essential)
- Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
- Have a valid work visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
