Receptionist / Customer Service / Sales

You will play a crucial role in sales, customer experience and ensuring smooth daily operations.
If you have the following skills and attributes we would love to hear from you -- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software and social media platforms
- Previous experience in a receptionist / customer role a plus
- An understanding of the automotive industry advantageous
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls promptly and scheduling appointments
- Sales and invoicing
- General administrative duties
- Light cleaning duties
- Collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- Management and regular updating of Facebook and other social media platforms
About us -
Tyremaster Ltd has been looking after the tyre needs of people in Tauranga and surrounding areas for 40 years. With 4 locations across the Bay, this position would be at the Glasgow Street branch.
We offer competitive remuneration along with Southern Cross Health Insurance and uniform.
A clean, full drivers license is a must.Immediate start is preferrable.
