Exciting opportunity to join a small Architectural practice as an upcoming Architect looking to get involved in a growing practice, taking projects full cycle, being both client facing and getting hands on with design.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients, working through design and delivery, being comfortable getting out on site too.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
• Assist and review documentation sets.
• Conduct construction site visits to ensure adherence to design and quality standards
• Mentor and train junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial space design within New Zealand.
• Strong technical and project management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of building codes, construction materials, and construction techniques.
