We are looking for two enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Managers to lead our bubble tea shops in Christchurch. Each manager will be responsible for running one store, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations, including product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting prices and promotions.
- Promote and advertise the shop’s bubble tea and related products to attract and retain customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by selling and advising customers on product choices and combinations.
- Maintain accurate stock and financial records.
- Prepare and manage store budgets.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Pay Rate: $24.0
- Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Requirements for the job: At least 2 years of relevant work experience OR a diploma qualification or above

Being able to speak Chinese is preferable
