As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, driven specialist to join our Customer Success team and focus on outbound growth.

About the Role

Do you love connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and getting things done? In this role, you'll take the lead on reaching out to our existing customers-building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and encouraging referrals.

Think of yourself as the friendly expert who helps customers get more value from their tools while opening doors for new solutions.

Most of your time will be spent engaging proactively with our customer base, but you'll also pitch in with occasional support queries when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

**??70% Outbound Engagement & Sales**
  • Connect with existing customers to explore opportunities for:
  • Additional devices
  • Add-on features (like sensors, driving alerts, etc.)
  • Subscription upgrades
  • Referrals and testimonials
  • Use HubSpot to manage leads and grow your pipeline
  • Support marketing campaigns and upsell initiatives
  • Educate customers with engaging, value-focused conversations
**?? 30% Inbound Customer Support**
  • Handle overflow customer queries and basic support requests
  • Assist with device orders, account questions, and system navigation
  • Direct complex issues to the right support team

What We're Looking For

**Must-Haves:**
  • 2+ years in customer success, outbound sales, or account management
  • Clear, confident communicator with persuasive skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
  • Energetic, curious, and proactive
  • Willing to learn the product and grow into the role
**Nice-to-Haves:**
  • Experience with GPS tracking, fleet tech, or IoT
  • Familiarity with the agri, trade, or construction sectors
  • Background in SaaS sales or support
