Service Station Attendent BP

KEY CRITERIA:
We are looking for a sole person in charge who is mature, reliable, and honest. You must be committed to showing up as scheduled and taking full responsibility for the site during your shift.
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures and instructions, and the initiative to handle situations independently.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, which includes:
Serving customers, Managing food service and coffee preparation, Processing sales transactions, Merchandising and stocktaking, Conducting fuel dips, Assisting customers with fuel up carsMaintaining housekeeping standards, Providing forecourt assistance.
Job Requirements:
Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.Ability to work varied shifts and weekends.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Capable of handling money, calculating change, and performing basic math.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Physically able to lift items up to 20kg and remain on your feet for long periods.
Barista skills preferred (training provided if needed).
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the gas station.Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
Promptly and accurately process customer orders.
Restock products and maintain inventory control.
Keep the store and forecourt clean and organized.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Store Trading hours(6AM-9PM).
