About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction projects. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, including but not limited to:
- Lead and manage site delivery from project concept to handover
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor and drive construction program progress
- Champion Health & Safety compliance and quality standards
- Manage site logistics, procurement, and material flows
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and council inspectors
- Maintain clear reporting and documentation
- Support defect management
What You’ll Bring
This role suits someone with strong leadership experience in construction, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain high standards across safety, program, quality, and client satisfaction.- Proven experience as a Site Manager in medium-to-large construction projects
- Strong site leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent understanding of H&S compliance frameworks and documentation
- Ability to read construction drawings and make informed decisions
- Outstanding organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, values-aligned approach — putting people first
