Plant Operator

• Operate and monitor plant machinery to meet production targets
• Ensure safe and efficient processing and despatch of fertiliser
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe workplace

• Physically fit and safety-focused
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Experience in manufacturing or process plant operations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good computer literacy
• Full NZ driver's licence
• OSH Forklift Certificate and F endorsement (desirable)
• W, T, R endorsements (desirable)

• Temp to perm placement for the successful candidate
• 8% holiday pay and Kiwi Saver contribution
• support from AWF for other placements should any changes occur
