Operations Assistant - Real Estate - Christchurch
- Full-time, fixed-term cover until Sunday, 6 September 2026

We are looking for a motivated person to become part of our busy national real estate processing team based at our corporate office near Christchurch Airport. Ideally starting mid-October, this is a fixed-term, full-time position (40 hours per week), through until late Sunday, 6 September 2026.
Duties and responsibilities- Marketing invoice management and debtor management
- Assisting with AML compliance requirements
- Accounts and knowledge of PropertySuite software would be an advantage, however this is not essential as full training will be given
- Preference will be given to applicants with a good understanding of Excel, accounts/invoicing, and legal documentation.

Candidates for this role must possess:

- Attention to detail and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team.
