• Operating excavators (20T & 13T) and rollers
• Supporting demolition works, including safe and efficient machine-based deconstruction
• Completing final trim to ±10mm
• Preparing surfaces for asphalt and concrete
• Working across varied environments and site conditions
• Communicating clearly with supervisors, crews, and clients

• Proven excavator operating experience (13T+)
• Strong final trim skills (to 10mm)
• Solid understanding of surface prep for asphalt and concrete
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving ability
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Professional approach with customers and suppliers
