Document Delivery Driver - Dargaville

Te Wero – The Challenge
As our Document Delivery Driver, you’ll be the trusted link between our Council offices, I-SITEs, libraries, and elected members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Scheduled delivery of documents across Council Offices, I-SITEs, and Libraries
- Timely delivery of meeting agendas to elected members at designated addresses
- Securing Kaikohe pool vehicles and fleet within the compound area
- Monitoring the condition of the delivery van and reporting issues to the Publications Supervisor
- Supplying A4 paper to all departmental print facilities in Kaikohe
- Supporting Civil Defence duties when required
- Promoting and upholding Health & Safety standards in line with Council policies and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety
- Assisting with other tasks and projects as delegated.

- Holds a full, clean NZ driver’s licence.

- The salary for this position is Grade 9 within Council's salary structure (Band: $58,288 to $63,357 pro rata per annum) dependent on qualifications and experience, plus Kiwi Saver.
