Due to a period of significant and exciting growth we have the exciting opportunity for an Installation Team Leader to join our team based in Rakaia.
This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of REL projects across the North and South Island, combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership and customer engagement. The Installation Team Leader plays a key role in turning complex designs into high-quality, real-world solutions while setting the standard for safety and performance on site.
Your responsibilities include:- Lead the installation and commissioning of REL Solutions equipment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Plan and coordinate site activities so the right people, materials, and equipment are in place before work begins.
- Provide clear on-site leadership, supporting team performance, development, and accountability.
- Maintain strong health and safety standards through daily toolbox talks, hazard management, and incident reporting.
- Complete and oversee all required installation and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and represent REL professionally on site.
