Grada Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Architecture & Interiors team in Auckland!

About the Role

You'll manage a 360-degree recruitment desk, owning your client relationships and placements within the Architecture & Interiors market (an industry that we have an excellent reputation in). You'll build strong partnerships with top-tier clients and talented professionals, helping shape Auckland's creative spaces one placement at a time.

Skills & Experience
  • 2-6 years experience in recruitment, ideally with client management although industry doesn't matter.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage clients and candidates.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and driven approach to work.
  • Genuine passion for quality placements and adding real value to your clients.
