Are you an experienced Traffic Management professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a dedicated TTM Operations Supervisor to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering safe and efficient traffic management solutions across Auckland's motorway network.
About the Role
As the TTM Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both day and night operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of traffic management services. You'll work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to coordinate on-site activities, mentor team members, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Traffic Management operations across shifts.
- Mentor Forepersons and ensure effective team coordination.
- Monitor and review daily work reports and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Manage scheduling of traffic management assets and equipment.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture and investigate incidents.
- Ensure quality assurance through regular audits and compliance checks.
- NZQA Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of TTM experience, including high and low-speed environments.
- Practicing STMS certification (Categories A/B/C).
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Auckland motorway network.
- Class 2 driver's license and WTR endorsement (desirable).
- Experience with BTM operation and MLB lane configurations.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
