Are you passionate about safeguarding digital environments and ensuring customer trust through strong security practices? We're looking for an Information Security Assurance Lead to take charge of security assurance, risk management, and process optimisation across a select portfolio of enterprise and government customers.
What You'll Be Doing- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for high-profile clients.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Develop, review, and enforce robust security policies.
- Promote a culture of compliance and awareness across teams.
- Collaborate with cyber and incident teams on investigations.
- Lead corrective action planning and customer communications post-incident.
- Co-design security assurance features in a new platform.
- Use automation to streamline assurance workflows and boost efficiency.
- Align security practices with customer and organisational goals.
- Build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving cyber threats.
- Regularly improve processes based on feedback and innovation opportunities.
- Solid experience in security assurance, compliance, and risk management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned security frameworks
- Hands-on expertise in security automation tools and techniques
- Experience working with enterprise and/or government clients
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
- A forward-thinking mindset and a passion for security innovation
