We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and
support our cleaning teams across various Auckland sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and
enjoy leading others, this could be the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting different cleaning sites to monitor work and ensure quality standards
- Conducting site checks and addressing any cleaning issues
- Training and inducting new cleaners
- Organising cover when staff are unavailable
- Delivering cleaning products and equipment to sites
- Performing deep cleans and specialty cleans when needed
- Supporting and guiding team members to succeed in their roles
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of one year Previous NZ experience of supervisory or team leader experience
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Flexibility with shifts and travel across Auckland
- Confident using a smartphone and basic computer systems
