A little about the role:
During your day, you will screen and interview applicants, complete compliance assessments and reference checks, conduct face to face | Teams based candidate inductions and training sessions along with facilitating regular team get togethers.You will also support the bookings team in the allocation of candidates across our various client locations. You will be able to build strong connections with our candidates and clients and enjoy the daily reward of being able to support both client and candidate while ensuring Gaia Healthcare continues to offer a professional and highly regarded service.

What you will need to be successful in this role:
- You will have had recent Healthcare Business Development and | or Recruitment experience - this is a must- only applicants with this experience will be short listed
- You will need to not only be a “Hunter” but also a “Gardener”
- You will need to love working in the Healthcare Sector and ensuing the right person is in the right role with the right organisation is critical to you.
- You will need to love what you do and get a real buzz out of supporting clients and candidates in their partnership with Gaia
- You will find communicating with clients and candidates easy and fun
- Attention to detail comes easy for you- compliance is at the heart of what we do, and all the i's must be dotted and the T's crossed.
- There may be a need to cover afterhours from home from time to time and access to reliable internet connection is a must.
