ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer – Warehouse Archive. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the secure management and handling of sensitive materials, maintaining safety, and contributing to operational efficiency.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process inbound and outbound orders within service standards, ensuring accurate cataloguing and inventory management.
- Maintain precise data entry for efficient collection, delivery, and invoicing processes.
- Adhere to all operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and proactively address concerns.
- Van deliveries and collections as required.
- Ensure equipment is functional, regularly maintained, and operational.
- Assist in our paper store when required.
- Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Report any issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
- Consistently meet internal customer expectations and deliver quality results.
- You thrive in a small team, enjoy hands-on work, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- You love a mix of structured daily tasks and ongoing projects—keeps things interesting!
