Zebrano is New Zealand's leader in women's fashion sizes 14+, renowned for its extensive collection of fashion brands from Australian and New Zealand designers and top-notch customer service.We're on the hunt for an experienced, fashion-loving superstar to join our Wellington team.
The Role:You'll be an integral part of our close-knit team at the Wellington Featherston Street store, working alongside Jan, Jackie and Linda. From welcoming customers in-store to assisting online shoppers and responding to messages, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the high level of service we're proud of at Zebrano.
Whether you're inspiring customers to try new styles or helping them discover their next favourite wardrobe piece, you'll be a style expert who loves building genuine relationships.
On the practical side, you’ll also handle; POS transactions and stock transfers; packing online orders; keeping the store tidy and inviting.
Hours:
This is a part-time role - Wednesdays 9am to 5:30pm & Saturdays 10am - 3pm.
As a member of a fashion retail team, you may be needed outside of these hours on occasion to cover leave or sick days at our Featherston Street and Tory Street stores, so some flexibility is required.Start date for this role is early July

- Fluent in English, you're comfortable communicating via text, email, or phone.
- Previous experience in fashion retail and customer service is essential.
