We are a well-established Thai massage therapy business with nearly a decade of service in Aotearoa. As a passionate team of trained professionals, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality massage treatments that promote wellbeing, recovery and relaxation.
We are looking for an experienced and committed massage therapist who is honest, reliable and takes pride in their work. You must be confident and skilled in delivering Traditional Thai or Asian massage techniques. Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification or have formal training in Thai massage, and/or have at least three years of relevant experience (please refer to the qualification and work experience requirements outlined below).

HOURS: Minimum 30 hours, Maximum 40 hours
Applicants must meet one of the following:- At least three years of relevant experience in Thai or Asian massage techniques, or
- A relevant NZQF Diploma or higher related to Massage. Areas of study can include, but are not limited to Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Tui-Na, Shiatsu, Oriental therapies.

About You:We are looking for an experienced and committed massage therapist who is honest, reliable and takes pride in their work. You must be confident and skilled in delivering Traditional Thai or Asian massage techniques. Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification or have formal training in Thai massage, and/or have at least three years of relevant experience (please refer to the qualification and work experience requirements outlined below).
Whether your experience comes from a clinic, wellness centre or traditional practice, we welcome practitioners who bring professionalism, care and a genuine desire to help clients feel their best.
Key Tasks:- Provide therapeutic massage to support healing of soft tissue structures such as muscles, tendons and ligaments
- Use a variety of massage techniques tailored to each client, including traditional Thai methods, to support relaxation, improve circulation, ease muscle tension and aid injury prevention
- Treat specific areas of concern using techniques such as acupressure, Shiatsu or complementary aids, including herbal balms, essential oils, warm compresses and other natural remedies
- Assess each client’s physical condition and history to develop personalised treatment plans and provide guidance on stretching, posture and home-based care
- Support clients with soft tissue dysfunction by offering practical advice and follow-up to assist with recovery and rehabilitation
- Support daily clinic operations, including assisting the manager with client promotions, treatment packages and seasonal offers where needed
- Assist with client scheduling and enquiries, including managing walk-in and online bookings through the clinic’s booking system
- Maintain a clean, tidy and professional massage space, ensuring all equipment is hygienic and ready for use, and contribute to general housekeeping as part of a shared team responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the client’s visit, from welcome to aftercare, and help maintain a warm, respectful and professional environment for all
