As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
You will be based at our Taranaki Operations Centre.Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break) What will you be doing?
Having daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staffMonitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery teamAssist with customer queriesGet involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutionsUndertaking various administrative tasksIf you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you.
You'll support the Service Delivery Manager to motivate, lead and coach the contracted delivery fleetTo be the ideal candidate for this role you'll:Have intermediate level computer skillsFeel confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and emailHave experience in fleet management or logistics (highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable)Have a proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resourcesEnjoy responsibility, be a strong problem solver, back yourself and not be afraid to have tough conversationsRise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and work with ambiguity Well, are you up for it?
