Utilise your organisational skills in this dynamic role based in our Manukau or Mangere office Become an integral part of an engaged and supportive team Fixed Term until December 2026 at $66,834 per annum + 5 weeks' annual leave (Pro rata)Te Whiwhinga Mahi | Our opportunityIn this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance and minor capital work is accurately processed in a timely manner, and maintenance administrative support is delivered to the regional teams.You will also work collaboratively with other Kāinga Ora teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards, and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

- What you will bringTo be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience working with high volume systems work, including processing of jobs, invoices and orders in our systems Existing housing maintenance knowledge, coupled with the ability to understand and apply processes and systems Administrative support experience, gained in a busy team environment Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight timeframes Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsMō mātou
