Due to the number of roles that we currently have vacancy our team are planning to run an assessment centre which will including activity, interviews with our team and a site tour. About the role
As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll ensure the safe, effective operation of the manufacture plant to achieve planned production levels. By keeping machinery running at optimum levels - and safely - we're best placed to help our farmers/shareholders, and you're best placed for a rewarding job with great scope for growth.
About you:
Given the work environment and nature of the role, it's essential you're physically fit, and mechanically minded. Ideally, you'll be comfortable at the controls of a forklift, but if not, we can provide the training to get you there if you have a positive, can-do attitude. To be successful in the role, you will ideally:
- Be flexible in your ability to work alternating shift patterns, including nights and weekends
- Possess manufacturing or process plant experience
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be physically fit
- Be mechanically minded
- Good communication skills
- Have a reasonable level of computer literacy
- Full driver's license
