Matamata Property Manager (Part Time)

To be successful, you will need to live in the local community.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing residential properties with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. A key focus of this role is the active pursuit of new business through your exceptional business development skills.

• Driving new business in order to grow market share through your local community knowledge and identification of networking opportunities
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across your area
• Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and tenancy agreements
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and company standards
• Using property management systems to track tasks and communications
• Researching and keeping up to date with market trends and reporting on a monthly basis

• Your understanding of the local community and strong networks
• development skills with a hunger to grow your portfolio
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Confident communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Your commercial savviness with a focus on results
• A current full driver's licence
