Gore - Field Service Technician
We are looking for a Field Service Technician who is able to hit the ground running and join a busy workshop team.
This role offers a variety of mechanical work – including (but not limited to) servicing and breakdowns in the field, workshop repairs and using the latest John Deere diagnostic tools and precision agriculture technology. You will be working on some of the world's greatest brands - John Deere, Krone, and Giltrap – on small to large horsepower tractors and farm equipment.
What we’re looking for:
- Trade qualified or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Diagnosing/fault-finding skills
- Tidy and organised work habits
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Self-starter – able to work autonomously
- PC literate and comfortable using software systems
- The right attitude, including taking ownership of your work and being willing to learn, awareness of safety, and being a great team member
- Enjoys maintaining good relationships with customers and workmates alike
