General Plant Operator

We are looking to have an experienced and reliable plant operator to join our team.
This is a hands on role where you'll be on a machine but also helping on the team on the ground and as needed.
Experience operating diggers and other civil plant
Have a full, clean class 2 or higher license and can drive manual or automatic trucks
This is a hands on role where you'll be on a machine but also helping on the team on the ground and as needed.
You could be working on site preparation, excavation or demo work or jumping in to help the concrete team occasionally.
Job Skills and ExperienceExperience operating diggers and other civil plant

Key Responsibilities- Operate diggers, bobcat and trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate manual and automatic trucks
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Work closely with other staff and trades, spotters, and supervisors
- Following our rule and also site rules for safety, environmental, and site regulations
- Identify hazards and report mechanical or safety issues promptly
- Comfortable getting out of machines and helping out where needed
