Multiple Roles Earthworks and Civil construction
We are looking for skilled and experienced operators and project professionals in the following areas:
Excavator Operators (final trim, trenching, bulk earthworks)
Grader Operators (GPS preferred)
Bulldozer Operators (cut to fill, shaping, battering)
Roller & Compactor Operators
Watercart Operators
Drainage Crew Members
Site Supervisors / Project Managers (civil and infrastructure focus)
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in these roles, you must have:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in civil construction and/or bulk earthworks.
Proven ability operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong understanding of earthworks processes — from subgrade prep to final trim.
Drainage experience — installation of stormwater, sewer, or water reticulation systems.
Sound knowledge of plans, levels, and site set-out.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist in all aspects of site operations.
For supervisory or project management roles:
Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read drawings, prepare progress reports, and manage budgets and timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Current driver’s license (Class 1 essential; Class 2–5 an advantage)
WTR endorsements and/or relevant operator tickets
Proven track record of reliability and good work ethic
References confirming competency and performance
