The Role:

Maintain a consistently fresh, full and appealing shopping experience for our customers.

Inspire and motivate the team.

Ordering for grocery, ensuring range matches the format and customer service requirements whilst optimising stock holding levels and stock turn.

Monitor sales and create opportunities to increase on last year.

Stock replenishment and merchandising.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in grocery retail is advantageous.

Experience in a customer focused role hospitality/retail.

Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.

Reliable, honest and be a good team player.

Self-starters and the ability work across multiple departments.

Ability to multitask and work at a pace with attention to detail.

Flexibility with availability as we have a rotating roster 1 weekend day required.
