District Nurse Team Leader - Christchurch

Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

- Oversee a dedicated District Nursing team supported by schedulers, admin staff, and a 2IC.
- Oversee daily operations, clinical supervision, and staff support.
- Together with the 2IC manage the roster and respond to daily staffing needs.
- Provide hands-on DN support at times to clients in the community, or alongside other nurses
- Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm, with one early start weekly which would have you taking calls from 7am (but you'd finish at 3.30pm) weekly.
- Based in Christchurch office (there is a Kaiapoi office which can be used on occasion).
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' practical experience (community nursing preferred).
- Natural leadership ability and experience
- Passion and ability to drive innovation and service improvement.
- Passionate about clinical education and staff development.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
- Salary range: $92,877.20 - $102,795.20.
