What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Farm Assistant to join one of our dairy farms, which is approximately 10 minutes from Kaikohe, Northland in the stunning Mangakahia Valley. This is a 300ha property with mostly flat land and sloping hills to the south and west.This farm milks approximately 550 cows through a 72-bail rotary system with automatic cup removers.

Work ArrangementsCurrently 5 days on, 2 days off. However, shifts vary depending on the season.
A total of 96 hours per fortnight.

Experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Self-motivated, reliable, good initiative, capable of managing multiple tasks and a sense of humor.
A commitment to safety, teamwork with an appreciation for working with different cultures.
