Coromandel Shelly Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is a beachfront holiday park with campsites, cabins and units. Ideally, we are looking for an individual to join our small team who can help with the daily running and operation of the park to a high standard and who is fluent in English.
Working alongside the Park Managers, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the park – and cover their well-earned days off.
This role involves a variety of tasks related to customer service, cleaning, maintenance, and general park operations.
At all times, we deliver a high level of customer service to ensure our guests have the best experience while holidaying with us.
Responsibilities involve, but are not limited to:- Customer Service:
- Greet & assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about the holiday park facilities, TOP 10 Holiday Parks, local attractions and activities.
- Address guest enquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Assist with managing reservations and bookings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of reservations and guest information.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on park facilities and report any issues.
- Assist in the upkeep of common areas, amenities and accommodation units – everyone is expected to help with cleaning, including the boss!
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the pool, and basic operations of the pool.
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks if required.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces within the holiday park.
- Cover park after-hours phones & monitor the park premises a couple of days a week when managers are on their days off (usually 2 nights a week + Annual Leave).
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.

We are a living wage employer, therefore paying above the living wage. This job will require work on weekends and public holidays.
