Visual Merchandiser
We’re on the lookout for a creative and organised Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to help bring our showrooms and sales areas to life. This role will suit someone with a flair for presentation, a practical mindset, and an interest in what makes customers stop and shop.
About the Role: 8 hours per week – either one full day or two half-days – days and times are flexible.
Based in Ashburton with travel to Rolleston and Timaru.Plan and create fortnightly product displays.
Work closely with our Sales and Marketing Managers to align displays with current promotions.
Suggest new ideas, rotate stock, and report on what’s working.
Research seasonal interests (e.g. duck shooting season, winter motoring, summer camping) and plan displays accordingly.
Ensure stock is available in advance and displays are appealing and up to date.
Coordinate with sales team and supply them with display plans and materials.
Investigate where we could have our own product displayed in supplier stores
What We're Looking For: Previous visual merchandising or marketing experience is preferred.
A great eye for presentation and detail.Strong organisational and planning skills.
Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
Confident communicator and proactive thinker.
Physically capable of moving and setting up displays.
Full driver’s licence.
