**About the Role**
As the friendly voice behind the brand, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone across Australia and New Zealand. You'll handle everything from troubleshooting to resolving post-sales challenges with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.Your phone presence will build trust, while your customer-centric approach ensures every conversation feels like more than just a transaction.
- Location: Christchurch, NZ
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Central Christchurch branch)
- Be the confident, go-to expert on the phone for product support and general enquiries
- Handle calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism-no matter the issue
- Provide fast, helpful responses to customer queries via phone and email
- Address and resolve complaints while keeping calm and focused
- Process orders, returns, and account details with precision
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Work closely with internal teams to get customers what they need
- Experience in customer care in a similar capacity is essential for this role.
- A confident phone manner and a natural ability to build rapport
- Quick thinking, active listening, and a solutions-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing email threads
