Content Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help drive growth across our student recruitment, from first click to enrolment. If you love marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, data-driven content, and optimising customer journeys, this role is made for you.
What you'll do:
- Own and maintain our marketing database and Martech platforms
- Build and optimise email and automation journeys that convert
- Create engaging, SEO-focused content across web and digital channels
- Support lead-gen campaigns and always-on growth marketing activity
- Analyse performance data and maintain dashboards and reporting
- Keep our websites fresh and accurate
What we're looking for:
- Experience with customer data, email marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with CMS' - Silverstripe is a bonus!
- Understanding of SEO, digital channels and storytelling
- Passionate about working with data and insights
- Strong writer with a digital-first mindset
- Quick learner, proactive, and comfortable working independently
