We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy customer interaction, have a keen interest in retail, and are available for Thursday to Monday shifts, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role- Rostered shifts from Thursday through to Monday
- Minimum of 32 hours per week
- Shifts may run through to 10:15 PM
- Working in a fast-paced retail environment delivering excellent customer experiences
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Building strong product knowledge to assist customers confidently
- Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
- Compliance with licensing laws and store policies
- Ongoing training and development
- Supportive team environment
- Opportunity to grow your skills in retail
- Must be 20 years or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work evening shifts
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Duty Manager’s Certificate or the ability to obtain one
