We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Car Groomer to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is presented in showroom-ready condition.
Role Overview
As a Car Groomer, you will be responsible for the cleaning, detailing, and general presentation of new and used vehicles. This includes both interior and exterior grooming to dealership and manufacturer standards. You will work closely with the sales and detailing teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or display.
Key Responsibilities- Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to a high standard
- Perform interior grooming including carpet shampooing, leather cleaning, dashboard and trim care
- Complete exterior detailing such as polishing, waxing, tyre shine, and window cleaning
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation standards
- Move vehicles safely around the dealership yard and workshop areas
- Maintain grooming equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Assist with vehicle preparation for handovers, photos, and showroom display
- Report any vehicle damage or issues to the team leader or service manager
- Previous grooming or detailing experience preferred, but full training can be provided
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Full valid driver’s licence
- Good communication and time-management skills
