Clerical Support - Pool
- 60hrs per Fortnight
We are seeking a motivated Clerical support pool super star to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in covering our administration roster vacancies in various departments.

About the Role
This role requires a lot of flexibility and resilience as no two days are ever the same. You could be covering a ward administrator one day and be helping in the Engineering office the next.
Hours are generally Monday Friday 0730-1600 but can include weekends and weekdays 1600-2100.
General admin and office duties are the main skills required for this role.
Working in the clerical pool is a constant moving role and requires quick adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The clerical Support Pool position reports to the Integrated operations centre (IOC) Team Leader.

About you
You must be comfortable with changing environments because no two days will be the same.
Ability to provide exceptional administrative support.
Be comfortable with managing office systems including document control, data entry and workflow coordination.
Have proficiency in office software (e.g Mircosoft Office Suite).
Be able to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Experience with health systems is desirable.
Have administration, office, reception experience.
