Position 1: PIZZA COOK
Part Time
We’ve got established recipes and processes that are easy to learn. Our food is simple; what makes it great is the care we put into it. That’s where you come in.Here’s what a typical day looks like:
The first cook arrives between 11am-12pm. Get the kitchen set up for lunch service and make a daily prep list. Make a batch of pizza dough and roll it into portions. Prioritize and complete the prep items based on urgency and workload. Good time management is essential. You will also be responsible for preparing pizza orders as they come in.
This means assembling and cooking each order and communicating with front-of-house as needed. Tidy up, Second shifts start around 3-5pm, Dinner service. 3-5 cooks work together through dinner to complete food orders. All our prep pays off with a smooth and busy service.
Then we clean our stations which takes 15-60 minutes depending on the day. Finishing times vary from 4pm-10pm and is dependent on your weekly roster/availability.
You must be available to work some dinner shifts.

This role is best suited for someone who is:
Passionate in the kitchen. We take pride in everything we do and so will you. Pizza is simple food, so to make it excellent, you must put care into it.Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Good time management and comfortable working both alone and within a small team.
Detail oriented. We keep a clean and tidy kitchen. It is well organized and you will be too.
Position 2: WAITSTAFF
Part TimeAs a server, you make sure our customers have a memorable dining experience. Duties include: Greet & seat guests. Take drink orders, answer questions about the menu, & socialize at their table.
Bring drinks and food to the tables. Our menu is mostly pizzas, so this one's easy.Give beer recommendations. We have 11 rotating craft beers on tap. You'll learn enough about them to answer customers' common questions.
Keep a tidy restaurant for our guests (and ourselves).
Work within a small team through busy and slow times. On busy nights, we divide the restaurant into groups of tables. You are responsible for taking care of your section and helping one another get through meal services.
