What you will do:
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our residential construction projects, from planning and procurement to delivery and handover. You will lead project teams, streamline workflows, manage resources, and ensure our builds are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential projects
- Lead and support project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and systems
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Utilise BuilderTrend (or similar) to manage project workflows and reporting
- Proven experience in residential construction operations or senior project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Trade-qualified builder or similar background (LBP preferred)
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar construction management software
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
