You will join one of New Zealand's major banking organisations, well known for their customer focus and strong growth roadmap. The bank is investing heavily in digital uplift and product improvement, creating an exciting environment for project delivery specialists.
Your new role:As Senior Project Manager you will lead fast paced, high priority initiatives across home lending and customer onboarding. You will work closely with Heads of level stakeholders, ensuring delivery alignment, clear governance, and timely execution across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver complex projects within home loans and onboarding
- Manage senior executive and Heads of stakeholders
- Oversee project financials, risks, dependencies and reporting
- Lead cross functional teams to achieve programme goals
- Drive outcomes within tight timeframes in a growth focused environment
- Senior Project Manager experience within NZ banking
- Background in home lending, onboarding or financial product delivery
- Proven leadership of complex, high visibility initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement up to exec and Heads of level
- Ability to work in fast paced and changing environments
- Hybrid working
- 6-12 month contract with potential extension
- Competitive day rate
- Exposure to strategic enterprise level initiatives
